1. Scope of Garden Design Services
Meadow & Stone provides professional garden design, planting plans, and landscape coordination. The specific scope of your project, including design phases, material sourcing, and implementation oversight, will be detailed in your individual project proposal.
Any alterations or additions to the agreed landscaping plan may incur additional design fees, which will be communicated clearly before further work commences.
2. Site Access and Preparation
To conduct site surveys and implement garden designs effectively, our team requires safe and reasonable access to your property during agreed working hours. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the site is clear of hazards.
We kindly request that any existing utilities, boundaries, or structural restrictions be disclosed prior to the commencement of the design phase to ensure accurate planning and safe ground preparation.
3. Fees and Payment Structure
- An initial deposit is required to secure your garden design consultation and commence the conceptual layout phase.
- Subsequent payments are staged according to project milestones, such as the delivery of final planting plans or hardscaping specifications.
- Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a pause on your project schedule and potential delays to seasonal planting.
4. Living Materials and Maintenance
We source high-quality plants, trees, and natural stone for all our landscaping projects. While we guarantee the condition of living materials upon installation, ongoing plant health is dependent on proper environmental conditions and appropriate aftercare.
Meadow & Stone provides detailed care instructions upon project completion. We cannot be held liable for plant failure resulting from neglect, improper watering, severe weather, or pest damage following the handover of the garden.
